Week 5:

Monday: Crock Pot Broc. and Cheese soup with fresh whole wheat bread

Tuesday: Baked salmon, baked sweet potatoes, and steamed brocolli

Wednesday: PW Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin, roasted red potatoes, and green beans

Thursday: leftovers

Friday: WW Swedish meatballs over homemade egg noodles

Saturday:  whatever is in the fridge and pantry :)

Sunday: WW taco soup with avacado

Week 4:

Monday: Baked Chicken, roasted carrots and potatoes

Tuesday: Vegetable soup and fresh sourdough bread

Wednesday: PW Chicken Pot Pies

Thursday: Spinach Spegh. with tomatoe sauce

Friday: Baked Salmon, Baked Sweet potatoes, and steamed broc.

Saturday: Sausage, Pot., and Kale soup

Sunday: Slow Cooker roast with steamed veges, and mashed potatoes

Week 3:

Monday: Leftover vegetable chili hot dogs

Tuesday: Baked chicken thighs over couscous with corn on the cob

Wednesday: Pinto Bean nachos and spanish rice

Thursday: Bean burritos, corn, and spanish rice

Friday: Slow Cooked sweet pork, black bean salad

Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: Roasted Chicken, potatoes, and carrots

Week 2:

Monday: Black Bean Sweet Potatoe Enchiladas and Spanish Rice

Tuesday: Leftovers with Salad

Wednesday: Southwestern Stuffed Speghetti Squash, Green Beans, and Salad

Thursday: Crock Pot Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna with Steamed Corn on the Cob

Friday: Leftovers

Saturday: Zucchini, Corn, and Tomato Casserole and Roasted Red Potatoes

Sunday: Black Bean Soup

Tuesday: Oatmeal for Jake or whatever he wants to eat due to his miserable day
